An incredibly elegant elm side table with the most wonderful, splayed, square tapered legs.

Constructed in the early 19th Century, the table features two short drawers retaining their original brass handles.

Whilst there is a simple shapes frieze, the table appears to draw influence from Shaker design.

An attractive, highly original and very useful table in excellent condition.
