Deliveries

Whilst we welcome collections in person, we know this is often unfeasible. We are therefore more than happy to arrange delivery on your behalf. If we are unable to deliver ourselves, we work with several trusted couriers to safely deliver the items you have purchased.

You will have the opportunity to request delivery at the checkout. The default 'Method' is 'Pick up in store' if you would like to change this you will need to select 'change'. You will then be asked to provide a delivery address and contact detail as part of the payment process. We will invoice you separately for delivery, and items will be shipped once payment has been made.

Delivery times may vary however, we aim to deliver smaller parcels within 1-2 weeks and larger more bulky items within 2-4 weeks.

We will keep you updated. We will inform you when items have been shipped, and providing you with any tracking numbers that may be available.

International shipping

For overseas customers we have a highly experienced shipping partner.
