A Victorian drawing room chair with a low seat and sloping button back supported by two concave arms, raised on turned walnut supports. Turned legs to the front and square swept legs to the rear are fitted with their original brass and white ceramic castors.
An exceptionally good quality chair in the style of James Shoolbred newly reupholstered in teal velvet using traditional methods conserving the original stuffing. A wonderfully comfortable chair.
