A superb example of a mill workers stool with the most wonderful time work patina to the circular dished seat.
A taller than average stool. The sycamore seat raised on four turned legs united by and 'X' shape stretcher.
In excellent condition, the stool was most probably a cotton makers stool from Boston, Lincolnshire.
English Circa 1850
H: 62cm
W: 35cm (49cm diagonally opposite legs) at the base
C: 30cm (seat circumference)
