Late C19th bank of drawers in green paint

A really useful bank of nine drawers with their original recessed brass handles and planked back.

Comprised of three shallow drawers over two rows of three deeper drawers all made from pine using dovetail joint construction. 

The bank of drawers would almost certainly have come from some form of commercial use, most probably retail. However, they would prove equally useful within a domestic setting. Their relatively narrow proportions make them suitable for use in more constricted area such as a hallway although they would be equally useful elsewhere. 

The drawers are in a good, solid usable condition with evidence of historic wood worm although this has now been treated. The green paint has a time worn finish with some chips and scratches however we feel this only serves to enhance their aesthetic appeal.
