A Jacobean revival settee of exceptionally good quality newly upholstered in a stunning Ludhiana wool fabric. The fabrics intricate decoration takes inspiration from traditional Indian patterns and features a swirling floral design in a blue and cream colourway.
The seat has been completely re-built using the original horse hair seat pad and feather cushions to produce a settee that is not only incredibly stylish but also very comfortable.
The seat is raised on carved and parcel gilt show wood legs and stretchers of foliate design that are a particular feature of this settee.
A real statement piece that will look magnificent in a multitude of settings.
