C18th provincial ash tripod table

A really good colour C18th ash pedestal table constructed of very nicely figured timber.

The table with circular lipped top raised on a turned stem and cabriole legs may have originally been used as a candle stand. However, it's height and excellent proportions would make it equally useful as a very stable little drinks table. 

An attractive, and very useful table in excellent condition.
