A Welsh dresser & rack in it's fabulous original sun bleached colour.
The rack with moulded cornice above a frieze with blacksmith forged iron cup hooks over three shelves. The base with three drawers of equal length retaining their original turned wooden drawer pulls with inlaid mother of pearl decoration.
The drawers raised on ring turned supports with carved spandrels above the pot-board. All raised on bracket feet.
The dresser originates from mid Wales and most probably from Newtown, Powys.
